Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, we are more than happy to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process. Our goal is to ensure that every shopping experience with us is nothing less than exceptional.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order if the product is defective or you receive an item that is clearly different from what you ordered. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging intact, and accompanied by a vailed receipt.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

- Original and recallable condition.
- Be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors or smells or stains (e.g., Makeup).
- Include the order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Not be part of a final sale or promotional offer unless the item is defective.

3. Return Process

Once the request is inspection and approved, items can be collected through our courier service. For returns, the cash refund will be processed by Insta Pay or E-Wallet methods within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified

5. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will be deducted from the refund total. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item sent by us, the VELVORA will cover all shipping fees.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return, exchange, or full refund.

 

- NOTE: AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY YOU MAY ONLY ACCEPT OR REFUSE THE ORDER IN FULL WITHOUT OPEN OR INSPECTION IT, PAYING ONLY THE SHIPPING FEE.
